2. COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE

In the form, you will write the type of products, their color, decoration and other specifications I need to know. 


3. SEND ME YOUR MEASUREMENTS

In the link below you will find another form with a table and detailed instructions on how to take your body measurements. Please make sure you write the same email address as the one provided in the form above.

4. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME

Production time: 4-10 weeks. For delivery on a specific date please contact me. 
Delivery time: 3-20 working days


5. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

The special Kirsten Vaams Mystery Box unfortunately cannot be returned, as it is made according to your specific wishes and body measurements. 
However, in case of your dissatisfaction, it is possible to discuss the adjustments individually.
> In case that mistake happened on my side, I will fix it on my expenses. 
> Otherwise, if you just don't like the product the way it is and would like to come up with your own ideas how to shorten, decorate or modify it in some other way, I will calculate the price plus shipping costs.
> I cannot accept modification at my expenses in case you took the wrong measurements.
